Third Party Purchases Via ProStreamTV

Meta-Stream IPTV is a brand operated by Meta-Stadiums DMCC solely as a non-exclusive marketing and sales reseller of IPTV services offered by third-party provider ProStreamTV. All IPTV content, packages, technical support, billing, customer service, compliance, and licensing are exclusively managed and controlled by ProStreamTV. Meta-Stadiums DMCC and Meta-Stream IPTV do not host, stream, control, or license any IPTV content and bear no responsibility or liability for the nature, legality, accuracy, or compliance of any materials or services provided by ProStreamTV. By accessing or purchasing services through Meta-Stream IPTV, users acknowledge and agree that all legal responsibility and risk related to content, distribution, and use lies solely with ProStreamTV. Any claims, disputes, or infringement issues must be addressed directly with ProStreamTV.

Your transactions and other dealings with third party vendors that are found on or through the service, including “click to purchase”, and other comparable programs, are solely between you and such dealer.

Quality of Streams

A perfect viewing experience relies upon your network access and device capabilities. The elements will be based on your location, internet capacity, the quantity of devices connected to the same network, the content you have chosen, and the configuration of the device you are using. Subsequently, Meta-Stream IPTV can’t make any guarantees about the content in these regards. Please note sharing a subscription will result in permanent suspension or device ban.

Used Balance

Please note that all the subscriptions made and credits used are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

Unsupported Regions

“Our services are unavailable in the following countries:

Accuracy of Information

All the data you submit to our database must be accurate and updated. Please keep your passwords safe. You won’t need to uncover it to any ProStreamTV agents. You are responsible for all utilization of your account.

Compatibility

In order to access the services, you must use devices that meet the system and compatibility prerequisites that we establish in our Help center.

Internet Service and Data Usage

You are in charge of any expenses related to your network access used to get to our services.

Sharing a Subscription

Sharing a subscription is not permitted. You can only have one active stream open at any given time. However, by purchasing extra connections, you can watch on multiple devices at the same time

Purchase Details

Suspension and Downtime

All correspondences and notice to be made or offered in understanding with this Agreement ought to be in the English language. We maintain all authority to instantly end or limit your use of the services or access to content at any time, without notice or liability, if Meta-Stream IPTV determines in its sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, disregarded any law, rule, or regulation. The Meta-Stream IPTV logo, and other Meta-Stream IPTV marks, graphics, scripts, are trademarks of Meta-Stream IPTV . None of the Meta-Stream IPTV trademarks may be copied, downloaded, or otherwise exploited.

Additional Service Disclosures

Meta-Stream IPTV is a trademarked brand operated by Meta-Stadiums DMCC as a non-exclusive reseller of IPTV services delivered by a third-party provider, ProStreamTV. All IPTV content, delivery infrastructure, customer support, billing, legal compliance, and intellectual property licensing are solely the responsibility of ProStreamTV. Meta-Stadiums DMCC neither hosts nor transmits any video, television, or media content and does not control or monitor the content provided by ProStreamTV.

By accessing or purchasing any IPTV service through Meta-Stream IPTV, you acknowledge and agree that:

All service delivery, functionality, and customer experience are managed by ProStreamTV.
Meta-Stadiums DMCC bears no responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or licensing of any IPTV content provided.
Any disputes, claims of infringement, service interruptions, or legal violations shall be directed to ProStreamTV as the exclusive provider and operator.
Meta-Stadiums DMCC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, related to the content, including any warranties of legality, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Users assume full responsibility for ensuring their use of IPTV services complies with the laws and regulations of their local jurisdiction.

DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

Meta-Stadiums DMCC respects the intellectual property rights of others. As a reseller of IPTV services exclusively provided by ProStreamTV, we do not control, host, or store any media content and do not have access to the streaming infrastructure of ProStreamTV.

If you believe that any content delivered via ProStreamTV violates your intellectual property rights, please contact ProStreamTV directly, as they are the sole service provider responsible for IPTV content distribution.
